Day rates for desk time, fixed bands for lighter passes, and what changes a quote.
Rates are informational. Final figures depend on line volume, format mix, and whether work stays at our Central desk or moves on-site.

What moves a quote
- Line counts above ~4,000 without staging
- Three or more separate indexes that must be cross-walked
- Holdings that require white-glove handling time between checks
- Urgent turnaround inside five business days (subject to desk availability — not a scare tactic, just capacity)
Deposits and payment
A 30% deposit holds your desk week. The balance is due when the findings pack is delivered. We invoice in HKD; bank transfer is preferred. Card payments are not processed on this site.
Estimate factors we ask for
Approximate active lines, export format, whether work is remote or on-site, and the date that actually matters to you (loan courier, insurer visit, board pack). Send those via Contact and we reply within two business days with a written estimate.
