Data we collect

  • Enquiry forms: name, email, optional audit type, scope notes, and message content
  • Engagement files: registers, photographs, and correspondence you supply to complete an audit
  • Technical logs: basic server logs (IP address, browser type, timestamps) needed to operate the site
  • Cookies: as described in our Cookies policy

We do not ask for identity-card numbers, payment-card details, or other sensitive categories through the public form.

Purposes

We process data to respond to enquiries, perform booked desk work, invoice, meet legal obligations, and improve site reliability. Analytics cookies run only if you accept them.

Retention

Enquiry messages are kept up to 24 months unless a related engagement continues. Working copies of client registers are kept for the engagement plus 90 days, then deleted or returned per written instruction. Invoices and accounting records are retained as required under Hong Kong law.

Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We may share limited data with email or hosting providers acting as processors under contract, or when required by law. International transfers (for example to a cloud host outside Hong Kong) occur only with appropriate safeguards such as contractual clauses.

Your rights

Subject to applicable Hong Kong personal data principles, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal data we hold about you, and you may withdraw consent for optional processing such as analytics cookies. Email contact@apisandintegrate.digital with the subject line “Privacy request.” We respond within a reasonable period.

Security

Access to engagement files is limited to staff working on your desk. Transmission of the public site uses HTTPS where configured by the host. No method of storage is perfectly secure; please avoid sending unnecessary personal data in forms.

Updates

We may revise this policy by updating this page. Material changes will be reflected in the date of the latest substantive edit maintained in our internal records.
