Acceptance

By using https://apisandintegrate.digital or engaging APIs and Integrate for portfolio audit work, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or book an engagement.

Services described

Pages describing audits, rates, and desk reviews are informational. A binding engagement begins only when both parties accept a written estimate or confirmation email stating scope, fees, and dates.

Intellectual property

Site text, layout, and original materials belong to APIs and Integrate unless otherwise noted. Findings packs delivered to clients may be used internally by the client for register correction, insurance, and loan preparation. Redistribution of our working methods as a competing product is not permitted.

Client materials

You retain ownership of registers, photographs, and exports you supply. We use them solely to perform the booked engagement and delete working copies according to our retention practice described in the Privacy policy, unless a longer hold is required by law or written agreement.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted under the laws of Hong Kong, APIs and Integrate is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website or from decisions you make after receiving a findings pack. Our liability for a paid engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement. We do not warrant that every discrepancy in a portfolio will be found when evidence is incomplete or inaccessible.

Conduct and access

On-site work requires safe access and lawful authority to view holdings. We may pause or end an engagement if access is unsafe or instructions conflict with applicable law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Courts of Hong Kong have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these terms or related engagements, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply.

Changes

We may update these terms by posting a revised page. Continued use of the site after posting constitutes acceptance of the revised terms for website use. Active engagements remain under the terms stated in their confirmation unless both parties agree otherwise.
